About us
Greg was selected as a Pennsylvania Resilient Speaker for 2023. He travels around the state speaking to youth, schools, rehabs, and institutions about trauma, addiction, and the everyday choices that have an impact on our lives. Greg uses yoga, meditation, and ice baths to help him deal with stress, and he mentors and coaches at-risk youth. He is also a board member for PAC.
